Today, I don't have flowers nor plush animals.
Because, you know, we have cats and they're insane.

My "I love you" today won't mean more than it meant yesterday
or what it will mean tomorrow.
Well, unless you really piss me off in the near future.
And I mean really piss off the puppies out of me.
What I want to say is simply that I love you.
You're my best friend and my companion.
You stand by me even when I'm being totally horrible
and laugh with me even if I'm being hopelessly silly.
And yes, I'm choosing this day to tell you because it is
valentine's day.
